Terms and conditions

  • Booking requests. Should be performed via booking buttons on our webpage, via email: info@eldhraun.is or give us a phone call to +354 694 1259
  • Payment. Full payment is required before check in. Valid credit is required to confirm a booking request.
  • Cancellation Policy. If a booking is cancelled or modified 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged according to booking request / booking confirmation.
  • Children and Extra Bed Policy. All children are welcome. All children from 0-8  years stay free of charge when using existing beds. One child from 0-2 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib. The maximum number of children’s cot/cribs in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra bed or mattresses in the room.
  • Pets. Pets are not allowed.
  • Force Majeure. Eldhraun ehf is not liable for failure to perform it’s obligations if such failure is as a resault of Acts of God ( including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, vulcanic eruptions or other natural disasters) , war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of weather war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, goverment sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.  In Force Majeure is asserted Eldhraun ehf will always do it’s upmost to perform it’s obligations.
